About
I turn unclear problems into products teams can use and grow.
I lead products from an unclear problem to a usable workflow, a measurable outcome, and a roadmap grounded in evidence.
I am a Senior Product Manager with over six years across product, data, and analytics. At Syneos Health, I owned product strategy and roadmap decisions for enterprise data platforms, self-service products, and AI-assisted workflows. I led discovery, prioritization, requirements, delivery, adoption, and commercialization with teams across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science.
My best projects begin before there is an agreed roadmap. I talk to users, review request backlogs, study existing workflows, and analyze usage data until the problem can be stated clearly. Then I translate that evidence into product requirements, a prioritized backlog, and measurable release decisions.
I am drawn to products where fragmented information or manual work slows a useful decision. Depending on the problem, that can mean replacing an analyst queue with a self-service workflow, evaluating a data partnership, or testing whether AI is reliable enough to improve retrieval, recommendation, or decision support.
My earlier work in claims analytics, cohort development, segmentation, and commercial measurement is the technical foundation beneath that product leadership. It helps me question what the data can support without turning the product story into a list of tools. Healthcare and life sciences are deep domain experience, not the boundary of the products I can lead.
Outside work, I play weekly football, follow AC Milan, run, and enjoy the creative side of communicating ideas. During my transition period, I started OnlyFootballFans, an Instagram channel covering FIFA news and football culture. It has been a practical outlet for storytelling, visual communication, and building something from scratch.

HOW I WORK
How I approach the work.
01
Understand the workflow first
I unpack what people need to accomplish, where they get stuck, and what information they need. That helps me turn broad requests into specific product requirements.
02
Question what the data can support
My data background shapes how I evaluate solutions. I examine coverage, quality, freshness, and cost, and work with technical teams to understand what we can reliably deliver.
03
Make complex work easier to do
I focus on helping people complete useful work independently. That has meant enabling business users to build cohorts, explore data, and answer questions without writing code.
04
Connect shared capabilities to different needs
I look for what teams can reuse and where their workflows need to differ. My platform work supported distinct commercial, medical, and clinical use cases through shared data capabilities.

Symphony Health
Commercial analytics & decision support
Analytics Consultant
Built the healthcare claims analytics foundation that later shaped my product work: reusable cohort workflows, predictive models, recurring client delivery, and disciplined QA/QC.
- —Cut cohort build time from about 30 minutes to about 5 minutes by packaging reusable Oracle SQL and R components, supporting 40+ cohort runs a week and consistent weekly target reports.
- —Trained gradient boosted models on domain data (ROC AUC 0.80–0.90) to rank targets, improving field focus and conversion quality for enterprise clients.
- —Owned report specifications and QA for 4 to 5 weekly reports, using validation checks and delta monitoring to catch spikes and drops early.

Syneos Health
Commercial analytics & data product strategy
Senior Data Solution Strategist
Led commercial analytics and data-strategy work across 13 to 15 pharma brands, turning targeting, engagement, and vendor questions into reusable analyses and executive recommendations.
- —Drove about $3M impact and roughly 2% lift with ML powered segmentation dashboards used to target 10K to 50K HCPs across 5 to 6 campaigns.
- —Cut net data spend 25 to 50% and avoided a 3x price increase by evaluating four vendors and replacing a planned $3M renewal with a $500–750K alternative data stack.
- —Expanded unique HCP coverage about 30% by unifying three datasets and deduplicating overlap, speeding up targeting setup.

Senior Product Manager
Owned product strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional delivery for data and AI products within Technology Data Solutions, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science on work that contributed to about $10M in revenue across 20+ projects.
- —Led discovery, prioritization, requirements, backlog, and release decisions with a 12-person cross-functional pod.
- —Translated delivery status, usage, AI feature performance, and business KPIs into roadmap and investment decisions for three VP-level stakeholders.
- —Converted an analyst-dependent proposal workflow into a no-code self-service product used by 65+ monthly active users across 5 to 6 teams, reducing turnaround from about 24 hours to 2 to 3 hours and proposal cycle time by roughly 30%.
- —Used activation and usage signals to prioritize onboarding and workflow changes that increased registered users and monthly active use.
- —Led a LangChain-based analyst-routing POC using availability, domain expertise, past performance, dry runs, and human review; estimated assignment-time reduction was about 60%.
- —Led evaluation of AI summarization, ICD code recommendation, and Text-to-SQL use cases; interpretation workflows became about 50% faster in supported cases and the work supported $5M+ in new business opportunities.
